Becoming involved in handmade soap has been a process. Now, it is my passion.
My journey started when, due to health reasons, I had to start limiting sugar and refined carbohydrates from my diet. I had always loved to cook, but this unfortunate infliction removed my desire for food and left me with a giant void in my life, desperately needing to be filled. On a whim I began reading books about handmade soap and its processes, its history, and its rewards. I could see the similarities between cooking wonderful homemade meals and creating handmade soap, and decided one day to try my hand at it. To my surprise, my first attempts at handmade soap were more nourishing and fulfilling than any soap I had ever used before.
As the months went by I began to hone my craft, trying new mixtures, experimenting with different essential oils and other ingredients. Friends and family started using my creations, sometimes weary at first, but all were ultimately as satisfied with my soaps as I was. With their glowing reviews of support, I decided to make my soaps available to everyone.
Since my humble beginnings, I have also introduced lotions and bath products, all of which, along with my soaps, are available on this site. I believe all of my products reflect my passion and love for a wonderful, natural product. But why should I tell you that? Come see for yourself.
